Maintenance – Should you wish to report maintenance, please email your Property Manager with a detailed description of what the issue is either directly or via the below form. Please ensure that you are exercising due diligence and undertake the steps outlined in your maintenance handbook provided to you upon commencement of your tenancy as a first step. We have attached this document for you for easy reference.

Urgent repair during business hours? If you do need to report urgent repairs during business hours, please contact your property manager on 08 6244 7885.
Urgent Repair outside of business hours? Should you require emergency after hours assistance and it is in relation to one of the 5 essential services listed above, please contact your Property Manager on our after-hours emergency line via text message as per the emergency and maintenance repair’s documents received at commencement of your tenancy.
Your property manager will receive your text and then endeavour to get in touch with you as soon as they are able to discuss. Please note our property managers are not always available after hours so should you not receive a response within a reasonable time frame, please contact one of our after-hours tradespeople from your emergency repairs handbook to have them attend. We have provided a link to this document for easy reference for you
Please note: We do ask for the works to be completed at a minimum to fix the issue temporarily and we will address the rest during business hours. Should you engage a qualified trades person to attend, please email your property manager a brief summary of the issue and who attended so they can contact you the next business day.
